Call for Nominations - Board of Directors

Nominations are accepted each year for the following positions: president-elect, speaker, vice speaker, AAFP Delegate, AAFP Alternate Delegate, Director (2), Student Director, Student Alternate Director, Resident Director, and Resident Alternate Director. The Nominating Committee also selects delegates to FUTURE. Interested candidates submit a letter of intent and curriculum vitae using the nomination form. The nomination deadline for 2026 has passed. Elections will be held during the Congress of Delegates on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Candidates for the offices listed above must be active members of the IAFP at the time of their election and throughout their term of office. Refer to our Bylaws for more information about the terms of office.
